The subject of this work is urban and architecture design of buildings of a city block in Brno or a new object, objects. Solved plot is situated at the crossing of the running along the embankment of the river Svratka and major radial direction Brno to Vienna. My solution is a creation a house on the ramp. The whole building is rising towards the significant corner, offering exceptional views of the city of Brno. Commercial parterre is situated to the Vídeňská Street, to the embankment is resting public space. There is in the house accommodation for students, university dining hall and small pub.

The main goal of bachelor project was to create original multifunction building for young people with quality for future (living starting families etc.). Concept is based on to continue the street line and close the edge space among the buildings. Then to break it into and make a public space like a part of building. In the last step to fill the space with dynamic matter of building. The dynamic matter becomes basic and therefore it´s huge mix of different spaces without stereotype. The goal is high-quality living space and quick and easy process of socialization. This all is taking to the peak with idea about experimental flats which are giving the chance to change the space right according to the inhabitants wishes.

The object of the bachelor's project is urban and architectural design of city block in Poříčí in Brno. The site is situated near the crossroads near river Svratka and important city radial communication heading towards Wien. The design is reading its surroudings and brings the solution. The scheme of two L-shaped buildings is keeping the expected street line and brings interesting public space as well. The big window of student hall is connected to the river and it can serve as a multifunctional space.
